The Project Manager (PM) is probably the most important part of our service model. The function of the PM is essentially to handle all the details necessary for a project to be on time, on budget AND exactly what the client wanted.

The PM does this in several ways:

  • take the time to develop a relationship with the client
  • assist the client in understanding the information regarding the more technical aspects of graphic and website design and function
  • to gather all feedback from the client at each stage of development and report to design team
  • assist the design team with all the necessary information and specifications to develop the end product tailor made for the client
  • monitor the job and the product during design and after completion to maintain quality
  • will be available to the client during design and after the completion of the job for technical assistance and questions
