In the development phase, we will provide weekly progress reports via email and a hard copy via US Mail. In the management and maintenance phases, we will provide monthly reports (or more often if necessary).

These can be in several different formats, including things like traffic to your site, the pages most visited and the amount of time spent on those pages, the amount of time we spend in updating your content, the progress of any new additions to the site and almost anything else you may want regarding the process.
