The Project
Manager (PM) is probably the most important part of our service
model. The function of the PM is essentially to handle all the details
necessary for a project to be on time, on budget AND exactly what
the client wanted.
The PM does
this in several ways:
take the
time to develop a relationship with
the client
assist the
client in understanding the information
regarding the more technical aspects of graphic and website design
and function; they do this in english, not in some computer language
only a MIT graduate could follow
assist the
design team with all the necessary
information and specifications to develop the end product tailor
made for the client
continue
to monitor the job and the product after completion to maintain
quality
to continue
to be available to the client after the completion of the job
for technical assistance and questions

is a critical part of providing a superior
product and service.
